Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries before store opening
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planograms
- Ensure accurate pricing and labeling on all products
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Safely operate provided equipment (carts, ladders, etc.)
Qualifications
- Ability to work shifts starting 4:00 AM - 7:00 AM
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
- Previous retail/stocking experience preferred
- Comfortable with physical tasks in fast-paced settings
