Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments in the receiving area
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with products according to planograms
- Rotate stock using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methods to ensure freshness
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain clean, safe workspaces
- Conduct preliminary inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Set up promotional displays and seasonal merchandise
- Assist with price marking and labeling of new products
- Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (typically 4-8 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for maintaining store standards and visual merchandising
- Willingness to operate material-handling equipment after training
