Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise products in early morning hours (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Organize and maintain inventory on shelves, displays, and stockrooms
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Report maintenance issues or product discrepancies
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctual arrival for 4:00 AM shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Hawaii driver's license a plus
