Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms and inventory standards
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment following OSHA guidelines
- Conduct preliminary inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Assist with markdowns, price changes, and promotional setups
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory and price verification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to complete forklift certification (provided)
