Responsibilities
- Unload and organize inbound shipments using provided pallet jacks and forklifts
- Stock shelves and display areas with precision according to planograms
- Operate inventory scanning systems for accurate stock tracking
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas using provided cleaning equipment
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly (equipment provided for heavy items)
- Experience with inventory scanning systems preferred
- Reliable transportation for 4 AM start times
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous retail or warehouse experience a plus
