Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the receiving area
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planograms
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom conditions
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient workflow
- Adhere to food safety and merchandising standards
- Assist with price changes and promotional setups
Qualifications
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
- Basic math and inventory knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
