Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise incoming shipments during early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and compliance with FIFO protocols
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor throughout shift
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory scanning systems efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight crew and morning managers for seamless operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and stock shortages to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management and stock rotation
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail for product placement and expiration date monitoring
- Reliable transportation and punctuality essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
