Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves and displays according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory using FIFO methods to ensure freshness
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom areas
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts
- Basic math and inventory tracking knowledge
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
