Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and merchandise deliveries safely and efficiently upon arrival.
- Stock shelves, bins, and display cases with accuracy and speed.
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and compliance with FIFO standards.
- Organize backroom storage areas and maintain a clutter-free workspace.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and presented to customers.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging inventory.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
