Responsibilities
- Merchandise Logistics: Efficiently receive, unload, and stock incoming shipments according to company safety and quality standards.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive and organized displays, ensuring products are facing forward and pricing is accurate.
- Inventory Control: Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies to management promptly.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the receiving area, stockroom, and sales floor clean, safe, and organized to prevent accidents.
- Customer Support: Interact with customers as needed to answer questions and assist with locating products.
Qualifications
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong history of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate stocking and pricing.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
