Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at events including registration, ushering, and information assistance
- Execute event setup/breakdown according to venue specifications and safety protocols
- Manage crowd control and maintain orderly event flow during high-traffic periods
- Assist with vendor coordination and ensure seamless service delivery
- Report operational issues and maintain detailed event documentation
- Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must pass background check and drug screening
