Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable dog walking services for 3-6 dogs per group
- Maintain detailed pet care logs and owner communication
- Practice leash handling and positive reinforcement techniques
- Monitor pet health and behavior during walks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for all weather conditions
- Manage scheduling and route optimization efficiently
- Uphold exceptional customer service with pet owners
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Current pet CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and smartphone for GPS/check-ins
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk 5+ miles daily
- Exceptional time management and punctuality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Albuquerque-based with knowledge of local neighborhoods
