Responsibilities
- Safely leash and walk multiple dogs simultaneously in urban and park settings
- Monitor dogs for health, behavior, and environmental hazards
- Provide feeding, medication administration, and basic care as needed
- Maintain detailed daily logs of dog activities and client communications
- Uphold strict safety standards during all walks and handling procedures
- Build positive relationships with clients and their pets
- Attend weekly training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Passionate about animal welfare and comfortable handling large/small breeds
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to walk up to 6 dogs simultaneously (training provided)
- Available for early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- CPR/First-Aid certification (provided during training)
