Responsibilities
- Provide daily walks and exercise for dogs of various breeds and sizes, ensuring they stay healthy and happy.
- Monitor the health and behavior of pets during walks, noting any changes or concerns.
- Collect and dispose of waste in a responsible manner, maintaining public cleanliness.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and leash laws to ensure the safety of pets and the public.
- Update client logs regarding the pet's activity level and well-being after each visit.
- Interact professionally with pet owners to build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with dog walking or pet sitting is preferred but not required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Must be comfortable handling dogs of various sizes and energy levels.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, reliable personality.
- Must pass a background check.
