Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable dog walking services for 1-4 dogs per outing
- Administer medications and special care instructions as needed
- Maintain detailed client records and daily activity logs
- Transport pets to veterinary appointments or grooming sessions
- Ensure all dogs are leashed and controlled during outings
- Communicate professionally with pet owners via our app
- Respond promptly to scheduling changes and client requests
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk 5+ miles daily
- Basic pet first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Passion for animal welfare and safety
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Background check and drug screen required
