Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using our proven handling techniques
- Provide feeding, hydration, and waste cleanup services during visits
- Administer medications as per client instructions with precision
- Use our mobile app to document visits with photos and real-time GPS tracking
- Maintain detailed client notes and pet behavior reports
- Attend monthly training sessions to stay updated on pet care best practices
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current pet first/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 25-40 lbs comfortably
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Strong communication skills and smartphone proficiency
- Passion for animal welfare and commitment to safety protocols
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
