Our training program covers canine behavior, safety protocols, client communication, and route optimization. Upon completion, you'll become a certified dog walker with potential for advancement to lead walker roles. Work with a team of animal enthusiasts dedicated to providing exceptional care for Phoenix's furry residents.
Responsibilities
- Safely supervise and walk dogs in designated Phoenix neighborhoods
- Implement training protocols learned during paid program
- Maintain detailed pet care logs and owner communications
- Adapt walks to weather conditions and pet needs
- Transport dogs to/from appointments when required
- Uphold company safety standards and emergency protocols
- Build client relationships through exceptional service
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid US driver's license
- Passionate about animal welfare and safety
- Reliable transportation (vehicle preferred)
- Ability to work in Phoenix heat (summer months)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Physical ability to handle large dogs (up to 80 lbs)
- No prior experience required – training provided!
