Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in designated areas while maintaining control and comfort
- Provide fresh food and water as per owner instructions
- Clean and maintain pet equipment (leashes, harnesses, waste bags)
- Monitor pets for health concerns and report abnormalities
- Update owners with detailed text/email reports after each visit
- Adhere to strict scheduling and punctuality standards
- Practice safe handling and restraint techniques
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid driver's license
- Passionate about animal welfare and safety
- Ability to walk dogs of various sizes and temperaments
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- No experience required – full training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
