Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using proper leash handling techniques
- Provide fresh water and monitor pet hydration during outings
- Clean up pet waste responsibly using provided supplies
- Administer basic care (feeding, medication) as per client instructions
- Maintain detailed activity logs and communicate with pet owners
- Adapt walks to weather conditions and pet-specific needs
- Uphold strict safety protocols for all pets in your care
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Strong love for dogs and basic animal handling knowledge
- Excellent time management and punctuality skills
- Ability to walk up to 6 dogs simultaneously (training provided)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Physical ability to handle dogs up to 50 lbs (larger breeds with assistance)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
