Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs (1-5 dogs per group) in designated Fresno neighborhoods
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners during walks
- Maintain accurate records of walk duration, behavior, and pet observations
- Ensure all pets are hydrated, clean, and comfortable during outings
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Build positive relationships with both pets and their owners
- Assist with basic pet care tasks as needed (feeding, waste cleanup)
Qualifications
- Passion for animals and commitment to their welfare
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to walk 3-5 miles comfortably in varying weather
- Strong communication skills for client updates
- Basic smartphone proficiency for scheduling and photo updates
- Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends)
