Responsibilities
- Provide daily walks and exercise for dogs of various breeds and sizes in the Stockton area.
- Ensure all dogs are safe, secure, and happy throughout the duration of the walk.
- Administer medication or special dietary instructions as directed by pet owners.
- Maintain cleanliness by picking up waste immediately and leaving the home environment tidy.
- Monitor pets for any signs of illness or injury and report findings to the owner promptly.
- Greet owners warmly and provide updates on the pet's well-being via text or app.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- A genuine love for dogs and a patient, calm demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong time management skills to adhere to scheduled appointments.
- Previous pet care experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic applicants.
- Must pass a background check and provide proof of insurance.
