Responsibilities
- Perform daily walks for dogs of various sizes and temperaments.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all pets during scheduled visits.
- Collect and properly dispose of waste in public areas.
- Document walk times, distances, and any behavioral observations in our mobile app.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Provide basic first aid if necessary and contact emergency services when required.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's health and mood.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Prior experience with dog walking or pet sitting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk for extended periods (1-2 hours) in various weather conditions.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
