About the Role:
We are looking for individuals who treat every dog like their own. Whether you are an experienced walker or looking to start your pet care journey, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Exercise & Walk: Safely walk and exercise dogs of various sizes and breeds according to owner schedules.
- Feeding & Care: Provide food, water, and basic care instructions as required by the pet owner.
- Communication: Send real-time updates, photos, and reports via our digital platform to keep owners informed.
- Home Safety: Ensure all gates are secured and property is left clean and safe after each visit.
- Behavior Monitoring: Observe and document any changes in behavior or health and report them immediately.
- Meet & Greet: Conduct professional meet-and-greets with new clients to establish trust and rapport.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in pet sitting or dog walking is highly preferred.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to adhere to strict schedules.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to walk up to 5 miles and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Vehicle: Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client updates.
- Background: Clean background check is required.
