Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs in residential areas and local parks
- Provide feeding, medication administration, and basic care as needed
- Maintain detailed logs of pet behavior and services rendered
- Communicate professionally with pet owners about their dogs' needs
- Adhere to safety protocols during all interactions and outings
- Manage scheduling and punctuality for assigned walks
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Comfortable handling dogs of various sizes and temperaments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- First aid/CPR certification preferred (training provided)
