Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs in residential and public areas
- Provide feeding, fresh water, and medication administration as needed
- Maintain detailed pet behavior and care logs for each client
- Transport pets to veterinary appointments or grooming sessions
- Ensure pets' safety during walks and outings
- Communicate professionally with pet owners about pets' well-being
- Clean and maintain equipment (leashes, waste bags, etc.)
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience handling dogs of various breeds and sizes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple pets
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of dog behavior and first aid
- Physical ability to walk dogs in various weather conditions
- Trustworthy background check required
- Must be available weekdays and weekends
