Responsibilities
- Safely walk 2-4 dogs per group using provided equipment
- Monitor pet behavior and provide real-time updates via mobile app
- Maintain clean routes and responsible waste disposal
- Administer basic care (water, treats per client instructions)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Build client relationships through professional communication
- Document walks and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with data
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and breed characteristics
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to handle physically active dogs in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
