Responsibilities
- Safely leash and walk dogs in residential areas and designated parks
- Provide fresh water, administer basic medications (if certified)
- Monitor pet behavior and report health concerns to owners
- Maintain detailed daily activity logs via our mobile app
- Practice strict safety protocols during all interactions
- Clean up after pets and maintain equipment hygiene
- Build trust-based relationships with pet owners
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking/pet sitting experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current pet first/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical ability to handle large/active dogs (up to 70 lbs)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Must pass background check and pet handling assessment
