Responsibilities
- Safely leash and walk 1-4 dogs at a time in designated neighborhoods
- Provide fresh water and administer basic care during walks
- Monitor pet health and behavior, reporting any concerns promptly
- Maintain detailed walk logs and client communication via our app
- Practice strict safety protocols during all outings
- Handle waste disposal responsibly and maintain clean equipment
- Build trust with both pets and their owners
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and walk 5+ miles daily
- Red Cross Pet First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Exceptional reliability and punctuality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with diverse dog breeds and sizes
- Clear background check and clean driving record
