Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs in residential and park settings
- Provide feeding, medication administration, and basic care as needed
- Maintain detailed client logs and update owners via mobile app
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Transport pets to vet appointments or grooming sessions
- Manage pet waste responsibly and maintain clean equipment
- Build rapport with clients and expand service offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional pet care experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with data
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds and walk in all weather
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Trustworthy background check required
- Local Cincinnati knowledge preferred
