Responsibilities
- Safely walk and exercise dogs of various breeds and sizes in designated neighborhoods
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet parents via mobile app
- Administer basic care (feeding, medication if certified)
- Maintain detailed logs of walks, behavior, and pet wellness
- Transport pets to vet appointments or dog parks when required
- Adhere strictly to client instructions and safety protocols
- Build trust-based relationships with pets and owners
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking/pet care experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record for transport needs
- Reliable smartphone with strong data plan
- Physical ability to handle large dogs and walk long distances
- Knowledge of canine behavior and basic first aid
- Excellent time management and communication skills
