Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Identify, evaluate, and prototype disruptive technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) for future integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal 'Future Tech Lab' to foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategic Planning, or Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure trends relevant to 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
