Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly, answer questions about products, and provide exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain the showroom, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is clean, safe, and inviting at all times.
- Point of Sale: Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, handle cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and assist in inventory counts and audits as needed.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and handle returns or exchanges with care.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and support store operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and navigate the sales floor efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Skilled in handling cash transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Technology: Comfortable learning and using POS systems and retail software.
