Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty coffees, adhering to strict recipes and presentation standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and processing transactions efficiently through our POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms at all times.
- Operate and troubleshoot coffee brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Assist in inventory management, stocking supplies, and performing daily opening and closing duties.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and build lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage service industry is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are a must.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
