Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using manual dunnage and forklifts.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and status.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and packaging accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
