Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare packages for shipment efficiently and accurately.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work rotating evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
