Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently and safely.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with certification.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe for all staff.
- Assist with quality control checks to meet company standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily goals and urgent tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail preferred.
- Ability to work evening shifts (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
