Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot common software problems.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (Students Welcome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote or hybrid roles.
