Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during evening shifts.
- Process orders, returns, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Enter and maintain customer data in CRM systems with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless operations.
- Resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
