Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries with a focus on speed and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system accurately.
- Conduct product training and onboarding sessions for new clients.
- Resolve complex technical or service issues while escalating critical matters to management.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation for occasional team meetings or client site visits.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
