Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Onboard new clients efficiently, conducting comprehensive training sessions to maximize product adoption and value.
- Monitor client health scores and proactively identify risks to retention, developing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base to maximize Account Expansion revenue.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and business reviews to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Support within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and expansion targets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing a diverse portfolio of clients.
