Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store presentation standards
- Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in visual merchandising and seasonal promotions
- Support loss prevention and security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital tools
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
