Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and organize the sales floor to maintain a clean, appealing appearance.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory audits as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and dress code standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact well with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally).
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
