Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications using CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell premium services
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce
- Train new hires on service protocols and product knowledge
- Identify process improvement opportunities monthly
- Support 24/7 rotation schedule with weekend availability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional off-site meetings
