Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management and stockroom organization.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
