Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and gift card payments.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues calmly and effectively, escalating complex matters to management.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with restocking merchandise as needed.
- Complete daily administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively to customer needs.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with smartphone applications.
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
