Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Answer phone calls and emails regarding store hours, product availability, and general information.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with inventory.
- Handle customer complaints or issues calmly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
