Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols

- Manage inventory control including stock receiving, replenishment, and markdowns
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and loyalty program enrollment
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficient with retail technology (POS systems, tablets)
