Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries and product information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Process returns, exchanges, and orders accurately using our POS systems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless operations and continuity.
- Keep the sales floor organized and assist with inventory management during down times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ wpm).
- Ability to work evenings (shift typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
