- Manage and resolve a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.

- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
