Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming shopping experience during evening hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Handle cash handling and balance the register at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with the evening management team to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in periodic stock counts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some experience preferred but not required).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Must be able to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
